Will be getting back to previous weight of around 108 (Its a nice number).

A month on Cambridge diet

Still have another 12lbs to go, but thats a 17lb loss, and 4’ from my waist, hips, bust and 3.5’ from my thighs.

 I had a good first week (well first serious week) but having a difficult few days and i’m scared to lose my winning streak.  

 I am 5’2 height want to lose 15 pounds but am trying to focus on getting back to 8 stone at the moment. .
 I’ll try many approaches, short term, message me if you want some support in return. :)

Intake/Weight loss - Week 1

Thursday 3 May - 600 (120lbs)

Friday - 700

Saturday - 900

Sunday - 1400

Monday - 900

Tuesday - 900

Wednesday - 1300 (117.5lbs)

Loss 2.5 - 3 pounds

I’m interested in intermittent fasting, other fasting.. I am ok with low calorie/vlcd if you’re in the right mindset to be able to deal with it and its is not longterm (eg I would recommend 1-2 days off a week). I do know alot about nutrition and how the human body works, the result of old obsessive behaviour.  I might be heavier now but I’m healthier in mind.. if anyone wants any advice I’d give it my best shot xx
